FP&A and Strategy Partner

We are looking for an experienced FP&A and Strategy Partner to play a key role in executing Metacore’s strategic initiatives and providing the financial analysis that helps drive critical decisions. Joining our Finance & Accounting team, you will be a key partner to the Finance and Strategy Lead, the COO, and the Merge Mansion game team. You will support strategy execution by working closely with the COO to translate high-level objectives into actionable initiatives, managing OKR processes, and fostering company-wide alignment.

On the financial side, you will actively contribute to forecasting, performance analysis, cost reviews, and monthly closing processes. Your role bridges long-term strategic thinking with rigorous financial insight, helping the company stay focused, efficient, and on course toward its goals. Actively contributing to financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles in close collaboration with the Finance and game teamsSupporting the monthly financial closing process by validating financials, providing commentary, and ensuring accurate reportingBuilding data-driven models and tools to evaluate business cases, identify cost optimization opportunities, and support investment and growth decisionsStrategy Execution & OKR Management:

Supporting the execution of Metacore’s strategy, with a specific focus on managing and tracking OKRs across the organizationWorking with the Leadership Team to translate high-level strategic goals into clear, actionable OKRs that are owned and embraced throughout MetacoreMaintaining and evolving systems that provide real-time visibility into strategic initiatives and OKR progress, while driving communications that keep the organization informed and alignedStrategic Insights & Leadership Support:
