Responsibilitiescontrolling timely and correct customer billing;invoice approving, monitoring collections, invoice matching;account reconciliations;regular communication with customers, remindering, query handling;development (automation) of invoicing & collection process. helping sales / project teams in area of invoicing / collection decision making. Qualificationsunderstanding accounting principles, knowledge of sales VAT rules. computer literacy, ms. excel proficiency. English language proficiency both spoken and written. Ability to communicate clearly and politely.
