It continues to redefine the subscription market by evolving the transactional subscription to a membership centered on community and relationships with the brand.

The innovative direct-to-consumer brand offers multiple purchasing options, including singles, packs, matching pairs, and monthly membership. Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Los Angeles officeWhat You'll DoCampaign Management: Launch and optimize campaigns across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat) to achieve CPA targets for new customer acquisition. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights, informing strategies for owned channels and sharing results with the broader team. A/B Testing: Execute tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Creative Collaboration:

Partner with internal creative teams and agencies to shape the creative testing roadmap. Assign weekly creative briefs for both promotional and evergreen initiatives. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with agencies/vendors to execute campaigns, including sending product samples, sharing marketing materials, and guiding landing page strategy. Support execution for new product launches and promotional campaigns. Administrative Support: Manage routine campaign administration tasks such as uploading spend data into ad platforms, reconciling invoices, and ensuring accurate budget tracking. What You HaveBachelor’s degree (marketing, business, economics, or other field with strong analytical components preferred, but not required).

1–3 years experience managing performance-oriented paid channels (e. g. , Meta/Facebook, TikTok). Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager campaign setup. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with 3rd-party analytics tools. Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong communication and presentation abilities. High accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work from our Culver City office Tuesday - Thursday, with occasional weekend work. Preferred SkillsExperience with DTC e-commerce advertising, especially in apparel or high SKU-count brands. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Northbeam, TripleWhale, or similar.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $78,650 -$90,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
