Work with relevant departments to implement production management activities aimed at WIP balance control and constant operation for each block, with the goal of achieving stable shipout according to plan. Cooperate with global teams such as BKM and production/control-related systems, and provide training, assistance, and continuous improvement to site Shift Team Members during deployment.
