Job OverviewParticipates in each phase of the manufacturing process and follows appropriate guidelines and standards in corresponding functions, according to regulations; troubleshoot problems and performs maintenance of complex equipmentJob RequirementsMaintaining facility stability in working processes through daily upkeep, calibration and troubleshooting.Adhering to blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure specifications are achieved.Collaborating with other first-line technicians to resolve operation difficulties and assign resources.Guiding junior technicians on how to operate and maintain equipment, and provides further training, as necessary.What Your Background Should Look LikeTypically requires 4-5 years or more of related work experience.
