Also be the main interface between broader WW teams in the China and rest of the countries regarding all matters relating to Mfg. Quality Engineering.ResponsibilitiesEnsure manufacturing sites meet quality KPIs and follow established process quality plans.Support development of global manufacturing quality plans for new products.Certify new manufacturing lines during validation phases using WWQE standards.Manage and analyze boxline fallout, audits (OOB, XCSA), and drive improvements for FPY.Implement robust failure analysis systems and capture lessons learned at manufacturing sites.Deploy quality tools (FMEA, Pareto, Lean Six Sigma) for process improvement.Prepare and present quality performance metrics to global teams and support product launches.Act as liaison between local manufacturing site and global quality teams, including audits, issue resolution, and compliance.Qualifications Experience RequiredBachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or a technical field with 3+ years in manufacturing quality.Knowledge of ISO 9001 14001 standards and quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, Pareto, Control Plans).Proficient in PC hardware and software.Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.Experience as internal/external auditor and in compliance processes.Excellent communication, organization, and ability to work independently.Fluent in English; Arabic is welcomeFamiliarity with manufacturing automation and SMART manufacturing solutions or experience with packaging quality and supplier management is beneficial.What We Offer YouAn international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity.
