Job DescriptionJob Description:Manage overall truck direction, execution and transport mattersManaging truck requirement and schedule of routesManaging truck cost and productivity Managing lead time and SLA to/from warehouseResponsible for route distribution and vehicle resource management Monitor and report transportation performanceManaging key processes, generating measurable reports and driving performance to excellenceAudit and validate operational SOP are being met Support and resolves escalations and shall be able to provide long & short term solutionsSupport cost efficient and effective projects for overall SPXResponsible for weekly and monthly review of manpowerPerform duties and responsibilities assigned by reporting managerRequirementsRequirements:Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment with direct reports responsibilityProven analytical skills and operational management skillsAttention to detail in Productivity ManagementGood Verbal and Written communication skills in Local Language and EnglishProven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environmentCommitment and ability to adjust and work on non-standard hours for long term (shifts and nights)At least 5 years of Supervisory to Managerial Level Experience in Operations
