Your work will center around:Exploring and applying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to push boundaries in conversational systemsDeciding when to leverage existing tools vs. crafting custom solutions, and turning prototypes into production-ready automation pipelinesFine-tuning models like GPT through continuous data analysis to improve performanceWorking closely with software engineers to integrate ML models into scalable, high-performing systemsContributing to every stage of model development—from brainstorming and experimentation to deploymentSharing insights and results with stakeholders, including business leadersStaying sharp on the latest AI trends and breakthroughsCollaborating on presentations, publications, and even patents for your innovationsWhat You Bring to the Table:3+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, especially in NLPSolid understanding of text classification, entity recognition, and embeddingsFamiliarity with LLMs and how they power conversational AIStrong Python skills, especially with FastAPI for building microservicesExperience deploying ML models on cloud platforms like AWS or GCPBonus Points If You Have:Experience with machine translation and multilingual chatbot systemsKnowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and its role in enhancing chatbot accuracy
