Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Production Technician to oversee daily production operations in assigned area. This hands-on role involves supervising production processes, troubleshooting equipment, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team of technicians and operators to meet production goals safely and efficiently.
