MICE Specialist

Aktina Travel Group, the leading travel organization in Greece is now looking for a dynamic MICE Specialist to join their team!As a MICE Travel Specialist at Aktina Travel Group, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing travel arrangements for meetings, conferences, and corporate events. You will work closely with clients, hotels, airlines, and vendors to create customized travel solutions that align with our clients' needs.Key Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate all aspects of MICE travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, event registration, and on-site services.Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and create tailored travel packages for meetings, conferences, incentives, and exhibitions.Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and hotel chains to secure the best rates and services.Handle inquiries, bookings, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.Oversee event logistics, including pre-event coordination, on-site assistance, and post-event follow-up.Monitor travel budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial parameters.Assist with travel-related issues during events, ensuring clients' needs are met efficiently.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and/or Tourism.Minimum of 5 years of experience in MICE travel arrangements or corporate event planning.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure while maintaining high service standards.Flexibility to travel as needed and work outside of traditional office hours for events.Proficiency in English languageWhy Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.Be a part of an exciting industry and contribute to high-profile events.Professional growth and development opportunities.Flexible work arrangements.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to careers@aktinatravelgroup.com .
