OverviewResponsible for building, managing, and expanding CPX’s relationship with Microsoft (and potentially oversee additional partners). This role will focus on developing joint business plans, driving co-selling opportunities, co-creation of new solutions, managing partner programs, and ensuring alignment between CPS and partner go-to-market strategies.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partner Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for Microsoft and assigned strategic partners.Build trusted, long-term relationships across sales, technical, marketing, and partner program teams.Represent CPX in partner meetings, executive briefings, and joint planning sessions.Joint Business Planning & ExecutionDevelop and execute annual and quarterly joint business plans with Microsoft and other partners.Define joint value propositions, solution offerings, and market differentiation strategies with focus on Cybersecurity.Align on key performance indicators for revenue growth, market share, and partner satisfaction.Sales & Revenue EnablementIdentify and drive co-sell opportunities with Microsoft’s field sales teams and the dedicated Microsoft G42 operating unit.Work with CPX sales teams to ensure partner solutions are integrated into proposals and client engagementsTrack and report on pipeline, deal progression, and partner sourced and influenced revenuePartner Program & Incentive ManagementManage CPX’s participation in Microsoft Partner Network programs, incentives, and funding opportunitiesEnsure CPX achieved and maintains relevant Microsoft competencies, certifications, and specializationsLeverage market development funds (MDF) and co-op funds (e.g. ECIF) effectively for joint campaigns and customer acquisition.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Partner Marketing to develop joint GTM campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.Coordinate with technical teams to ensure readiness, solution development, and technical alignmentCollaborate with delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.QualificationsExperience5+ years in partner management, alliances, or strategic account management in the technology sector, ideally with direct experience managing Microsoft relationships.Industry knowledgeStrong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation markets.Relationship SkillsProven ability to engage with senior executives at partner organisations and drive strategic conversations.Commercial AcumenExperience building joint business plans, managing revenue targets, and leveraging partner incentive programs.Collaboration SkillsStrong cross-functional leadership, able to influence without direct authority.LocationBased in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking and partner ecosystem mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesResult-oriented with a track record of delivering revenue growth through partnershipsAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment
