The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovation solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence and nurture long term loyalty. The Security team in Global Customer Success is looking for a skilled Executive Business Administrator to support the Corporate Vice President (CVP), and partner with Business Manager, Leadership Team, and wider Business Support team.

This role supports the Security Customer Success team, driving business priorities and collaborating across time zones with global stakeholders, peer groups and external parties, while providing calendar management support and travel logistics for CVP travel. The ideal candidate will need to navigate a fast-paced environment, exhibits excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate problem solving, good judgement, problem solving and executive presence. Some flexibility in working hours may be required. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include (but are not limited to): Provide administrative support for the CVP, including calendar management with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. Manage domestic and international travel scheduling end-to-end including the proactive anticipation of logistics and itineraries.

Rhythm of Business (ROB) - Partners with Chief of Staff and Leadership Team on building and managing annual rhythm of business (ROB), including fiscal year calendar and executive meeting schedule. Assist in the preparation of content for group meetings. Process expense reports in a timely manner, as well as interim approve the team’s expense reports. Manage end-to-end logistics for CVP’s team meetings and offsites, which includes meeting logistics (booking space and catering). The responsibilities may extend into assisting with content and presenters. Budget management, including creating Purchase Orders, and tracking spend in partnership with the leadership team.

Maintain organizational charts, team aliases, other administrative projects as assigned. Procurement of goods and services using internal tools Team Management Support (Headcount Management, Recruitment, Onboarding/ Offboarding) Help coordinate Team Morale Events and employee gifts Work closely and collaboratively with the other business administrators within GCS, CE&S and across Microsoft Balance multiple projects end to end with varying deadlines, while maintaining executional and operational excellence within the business and across business groups as applicable. 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management. Experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, specifically at the Corporate Vice President (CVP) or Senior Vice President (SVP) level. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in relevant field (e. g. , Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others. 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e. g. , for events, morale, travel, training).

Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U. S. is USD $30. 29 - $50. 53 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $41. 83 - $57. 88 per hour.
