Microsoft 365 DeveloperLocation: Eindhoven, Netherlands (Onsite)Employment Type: Contract with extension Overview:We are seeking a skilled Developer to design, develop, and maintain components of our enterprise search platform within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Search, SharePoint Online, and Azure services, along with strong analytical and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise search components in the Microsoft 365 environment.Configure and customize SharePoint Online architecture, metadata management, and search schema.Integrate and automate workflows using Azure Active Directory, Azure Search, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.Develop custom solutions using C#, TypeScript, or JavaScript.Generate insights from data to support decision-making and governance.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure business and technical alignment.Must-Have SkillsStrong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Search.Experience with Azure services including Azure AD, Azure Search, and Logic Apps.Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, or JavaScript for Microsoft development.Deep understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and configuration.Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Good-to-Have SkillsKnowledge of Microsoft Purview or other compliance frameworks.Experience using Microsoft Power BI for reporting and analytics.
