Ledar Investment looking for The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant and Trainer is responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions while providing comprehensive training to end-users. This role bridges technical expertise with effective communication to ensure the organization maximizes the value of its CRM system.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.Customize and configure CRM workflows, modules, and integrations to meet organizational needs.Provide hands-on training sessions and create user-friendly training materials for end-users.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system.Conduct system testing to ensure functionality and performance.Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features and recommend system enhancements.Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and training materials.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and customization.Strong understanding of CRM software and business processes.Excellent communication and presentation skills for training purposes.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or related areas are a plus.
