Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage enterprise IAM solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premises environmentsDrive PKI infrastructure strategy, including certificate lifecycle management, CA hierarchy design, and integration with enterprise applicationsOversee day-to-day operations of Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid identity synchronizationManage enterprise SSO solutions (OKTA, ADFS, SAML, OpenID Connect) and application integrationsImplement and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies and conditional access controlsEnsure compliance with security policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirementsDrive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiencyMentor a team of IAM engineers and support specialistsProvide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to team membersManage incident response and escalation procedures for identity-related issuesRequired QualificationsTechnical Expertise2+ years of experience with cloud identity solutions:Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administrationHybrid identity with Azure AD ConnectConditional Access policies and identity protectionStrong PKI and Certificate Management experience:Certificate Authority (CA) design and implementationCertificate lifecycle managementIntegration with enterprise applications and servicesEnterprise SSO Solutions:SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect protocolsExperience managing complex projects and cross-functional initiativesStrong communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders
