Its purpose is to create exciting, interactive experiences that enhance brands and maximize online marketing ROI.The company offers an extensive portfolio of multi-platform digital and technical services, ranging from web development, web design, SEO, GEO, and content creation, to graphic design, IT support, video marketing, social media marketing, and PPC advertising.Responsibilities:Ensure customer service requests (tickets) are handled timely and completely.Prioritize projects and operational tasks effectively to deliver within defined SLAs.Respond promptly to escalations for technical assistance via phone, email, or in person as needed.Provide 1st level support and communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization.Contribute to maintaining standard operating procedures, best practices, and customer service guidelines related to client services and support.Establish and promote best practices throughout the entire technical support process.Develop daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports from internal systems to support management insights.Requirements:BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role (Help Desk, IT Support, or Technical Assistance).Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.It would be considered as an asset if you have:Understanding of how open-source platforms work.Experience with project management or help desk software tools.Knowledge and/or experience with ERP software.What We Offer:Excellent working environment.Competitive remuneration package.Ongoing training, learning opportunities & clear career development path.
