We have modern CI/CD, we are eager to use the latest technical innovations and automate wherever possible.Interesting and varied tasks: You will spend most of your time developing new functionalities (80%), sometimes supporting customers (10%) or fixing bugs (10%).A strong and committed team: You will work closely with experienced programmers - mentors and have the opportunity to develop under their guidance.No formalities: few meetings, great freedom in choosing technologies and work tools, very fast process from idea to production implementation.Startup character: small team, no corporate structures, very large influence on the product, opportunity to take on a leadership position in the future.We are not afraid of AI: if you like to code with the help of Copilot / Cursor / Claude while maintaining the appropriate code quality - for us, that's a plus!Our office is located on the premises of the private, international Wrocław Cosmopolitan School, with which we work closely on software development.
