Your role For the investment funds and asset management sector you will advise the local and international clients with formation, marketing, restructuring, and regulatory mattersyou will collaborate with the investment funds partners and Lawyers, advising on AIF, UCITS, and diversified fundsYou will coordinate the procedures and perform the regulatory filings with the CSSFDraft review and negotiate all types of documents and perform the due diligence and funds reviews Your profile You have experience in a similar position of three years in an investment funds department or a law firm based in LuxembourgYou are graduate in a law University knowledge of Luxembourg law is an asset, having admission to the Luxembourg bar or European bar will be an advantageYou perform perfect commands in English and French, another language is this considered as an assetYou know Luxembourg Fund regulation, European financial market regulations also in the infrastructure, real estate, and in-debt funds The offer You will have the possibility to make a real difference through your work.
