You’ll own a portfolio of mid-market accounts across fintech, proptech, and energy management — helping clients automate their data operations, expand usage, and realize measurable value.This is a revenue role. You’ll drive retention, renewals, and expansion while serving as a trusted advisor to clients who rely on Deck for mission-critical data access.What You’ll DoLead renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across your account portfolio — you own the revenue outcomesBuild and manage strong relationships with client decision-makers and technical stakeholdersPartner with Product and Data Engineering to help clients optimize integrations and workflowsDevelop a deep understanding of Deck’s product and data ecosystem to guide client adoptionProactively identify growth opportunities and align internal resources to capture themConduct structured business reviews focused on ROI, product usage, and roadmap alignmentSurface client insights and influence product development priorities based on real usageCreate scalable playbooks, enablement materials, and reporting frameworks for account growthTrack account health, forecast renewals, and maintain accurate records in the CRMWho You Are4–7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in SaaS or data/automationStrong commercial mindset — you’ve owned renewal and expansion targets beforeProduct-oriented — you understand APIs, integrations, and data workflows and can translate them into client valueSkilled communicator who can move comfortably between operators and executivesAnalytical and organized — you use data to guide actions and measure impactThrives in fast-moving, high-accountability environmentsBonus: experience with clients in fintech, proptech, sustainability, or energy data sectorsWhy Join Deck?Competitive pay for the right skillsProven leadership with a track record of big resultsSignificant ownership and autonomy in how you operateA team of exceptional peers tackling complex, high-leverage problemsMomentum: recent fundraise by top-tier investors, massive whitespace, and accelerating tractionDeck isn’t just a product—it’s a mission.
