You bring a balance of strong UX fundamentals and a sharp visual eye, creating products that are both beautifully designed and genuinely useful.You’ll work closely with international clients in both public and private sectors, applying your design thinking to tackle complex challenges. You'll also have the chance to explore your personal design interests - whether that's motion design, accessibility, design systems, or something entirely unexpected.What You'll Be DoingAdvise clients on UX, digital strategy, and user-centered designTranslate user and business needs into compelling product experiencesCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs using FigmaBuild and maintain design systemsConduct usability testing and iterate based on findingsManage stakeholders and own project deliveryMentor and coach junior designersWhat We’re Looking ForA bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. design, HCI, digital media)3+ years of professional experience for Medior level; 5+ years for SeniorA strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI skillsComfortable working in English; Dutch is a plusProficient in user-centered design methodologiesStrategic mindset with an empathetic, holistic approach to designEnthusiastic about collaborative, multidisciplinary work
