Mid/Senior Project Manager

Location: Athens (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-timeNetsteps, an official Shopify Plus Partner and one of Greece’s leading digital agencies in eCommerce development and digital marketing, is looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager with a passion for client success and digital transformation.You will join a growing team managing Shopify Plus projects for leading global eCommerce brands, ensuring smooth delivery, excellent communication, and measurable business results.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Shopify Plus and eCommerce projects for international clientsAct as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationshipsCoordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, marketers) to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveryTrack project progress, budgets, and KPIs to maintain transparency and accountabilityTranslate business needs into actionable technical requirementsCollaborate with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for account growthRequirements2+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in digital, eCommerce, or tech projectsExcellent client communication and account management skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneouslyUnderstanding of Agile / Scrum methodologiesStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesFluency in English (written and spoken)Nice to HaveExperience with Shopify or Shopify PlusBackground in Account Management or Client SuccessFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or AsanaDegree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fieldWhat We OfferThe opportunity to work on Shopify Plus projects for top global eCommerce brandsA supportive, people-first culture that encourages professional growthClear career path toward Senior Project Manager / Account Lead rolesFlexible hybrid working model based in AthensCompetitive salary and ongoing professional development
