Mid Tester

Glinteco is looking for an experienced Software Tester to join our team and ensure the quality of our diverse range of projects, including EdTech, eCommerce, HRM, and Real Estate applications. You will be responsible for testing both mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts (manual & automation).Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple domains (EdTech, eCommerce, HRM, Real Estate).Perform UI/UX testing on mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web systems to ensure smooth user experiences.Test API integrations (RESTful APIs, payment gateways, authentication systems).Carry out performance, load, and security testing where required.Automation test experience is a plusCollaborate closely with developers to identify, track, and resolve bugs.Use tools such as Jira, Trello, TestRail for bug tracking and test management.Support CI/CD processes and ensure software stability before deployment.Requirements3+ years of experience in software testing across web and mobile applications.Strong understanding of manual testing and exposure to automation testing.Experience with mobile app testing (iOS/Android) and API testing with Postman.Familiar with bug tracking and test management tools (Clickup, Trello).Knowledge of testing integrations with payment systems (Stripe, QR Code Payment), OAuth, and AI-powered services is a plus.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear test case writing ability.BenefitsCompetitive salary with 13th-month bonus.12+ annual leave days.Flexible remote/hybrid work policy.A young, dynamic, and collaborative working environment.Annual company trips and team-building events.Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
