We’re actively seeking the role of Financing Manager, unlocking regional growth through innovative financing solutions aligned with our global strategy and Chinese operational context.What You’ll Do (Key Focus):主导中东区域风电项目全流程融资，覆盖市场分析、资金到账全环节。联动销售团队，为本地风电开发商客户设计具备竞争力的销售融资方案。拓展并维护本地金融机构合作关系，搭建多元融资渠道。推动融资模式创新，确保项目严格遵守集团及当地合规要求。Lead end-to-end regional financing for wind power projects, from market analysis to fund disbursement.Design competitive sales financing solutions for local wind power developers, partnering with sales teams.Build and nurture partnerships with local financial institutions to expand financing channels.Drive financing innovation and ensure full compliance with group and local regulations.What We’re Looking For:5 年以上国际项目投融资经验（风电 / 新能源行业优先）。本科及以上学历，金融、经济等相关专业，精通全球融资工具与规则。商业敏感度强，谈判能力突出，具备本地金融资源开拓与维护实战经验。英语流利（工作语言）+ 普通话母语水平（核心必备，确保与中国总部高效协同）。熟悉中国企业文化及全球商业运作模式者优先。With 5+ years of international project investment & financing experience (wind energy/renewables preferred).Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields; expert knowledge of global financing tools/rules.Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in local financial resource development.Fluent English (working language) + Native-level Mandarin (must-have for seamless collaboration with China headquarters).Familiarity with Chinese corporate culture and global business operations is a plus.Where you location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Guangdong, China#WindEnergy #FinancingManager #MiddleEastJobs #RenewableEnergy #GlobalCareer #SinoGlobalCooperation
