Are you a master of F2B controls?We're looking for someone like that to: develop and maintain very strong knowledge of the middle office processes and systems understand risks and apply this knowledge to risk metrics. manage the implementation and delivery of some of our strategic initiatives build and maintain healthy collaborative interactions with our key stakeholders escalate apparent and perceived risks to immediate management for understanding and resolution support new or emerging business areas and identify limitations including systems, risk and operational feasibility identify and propose potential solutions for addressing control gaps increase efficiencies by utilizing technologyYour teamYou’ll be working in the IB Middle Office Governance & Control: a function dedicated to all matters related to either topic, it is designed to complement other risk functions like Business Risk Management and work with Compliance & Operational Risk and our Group Internal Audit Departments to ensure the IB Middle Office has robust processes and controls, a culture of risk awareness and prevention and focused subject matter experts to ensure remedial actions are reviewed across functions and regions.Your expertise a University degree or equivalent at least 5 years Interest Rates middle office experience or related function strong product knowledge in at least one of the products covered (Eg, FX, Rates, Credit, ETD, Equities Derivatives) good understanding of Risk/control environments with proven track record good communication and presentation skills who can confidently convey information to different audience appropriately at all levels some VBA skills and experience of building risk dashboard and metrics would be beneficial ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and understand how to prioritizerisk and control mindset, familiar with operation escalation protocol and sensitive to potential red flags in the F2B processes fast learner with the ability to pick up system and process knowledge passionate about driving change and has the ability to consistently deliverAbout UsUBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
