Operating globally, our 6000+ specialists provide a full spectrum of services, including business and tech advisory, enterprise solutions, CX, UX and Ul design, managed services, product development, and software development.This is the jobWe are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Outreach Expert for a part-time participation to create high-quality internal communications that strengthen employee awareness, engagement, and connection across our global organization.This is you3+ years of professional experience in communications, journalism, content creation, or related fields.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail and clarity.Ability to adapt content for different channels and audiences in a global environment.Familiarity with internal communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and intranet platforms.Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.Collaborative working style and willingness to provide support or act as a back-up when needed.Fluent in English.Nice-to-have skills:Experience working in international or multicultural environments.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.This is your roleResearch, draft, and deliver engaging content such as employee success stories, project highlights, and feature articles for the monthly internal newsletter.Act as a trusted partner and “right hand” to the Senior Lead Internal Communications.Provide proofreading, editing, and quality assurance for communications created by colleagues and global teams.Develop and format clear, structured operational emails aligned with internal communication standards.Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather information, source stories, and tailor content for diverse audiences.Ensure consistency of style, tone, and branding across all internal communications, making content accessible and relevant to a global employee base.Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing new content formats, storytelling ideas, and engagement initiatives.
