Middle/Senior Back End Developer (Java)

Domain: FintechLocation: District 1, HCMWorking mode: On-siteKey Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring. • Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams to define, build, and enhance customer-facing features. • Evaluate and implement new tools and process frameworks to improve development efficiency. • Work as part of an Agile Development Scrum Team. • Write SOLID, testable, and maintainable code with high-quality standards. • Create and maintain technical documentation. • Manage and coordinate outsourcing tasks if needed. Qualifications & Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field. • Work Experience: 3+ years in Java development; experience in App startups, digital banking, or FinTech is a plus. • Proficiency in Spring Boot; Spring Cloud preferred. • Experience with at least one DB application (Oracle, MSSQL, etc.). • REST Services and Restful API design experience. • ORM and microservices development experience. • Docker container technology experience. • Cloud platforms: GCP or AWS.
