Middle/Senior Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Middle-Senior Quality Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality digital products and driving a culture of excellence across development teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical skills with a strong sense of ownership to ensure top-notch software delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement shift-left testing practices and prioritize automation to test early and continuously.Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for build and regression phases; integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test reports for newly implemented features.Collaborate with developers and business analysts to define and validate acceptance criteria for user stories.Participate in root cause analysis, provide solutions for defects, and ensure effective resolution.Promote a quality-first mindset within the team and provide guidance to developers to improve their testing skills.RequirementsMust-have:3-7+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in test automation (Web, Mobile, or API) and 5 years of automation experience for a Senior level.Solid understanding of testing methodologies, test levels, and best practices in Agile environments.Strong experience with testing tools and frameworks, such as: Selenium WebDriver (Java); Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript); Mobile automation frameworks.Familiar with tools and technologies like: QTest, JIRA, Confluence; Postman for API testing; TestNG, Selenium, and Cypress for UI automation.Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) in a global software development context.Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.Nice-to-have:Experience in developing or maintaining automation frameworks and enhancing testing pipelines.Capability to mentor and coach developers on testability and automation practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
