Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. Well, what about the team?The Design Team is Bally’s Interactive’s creative core — where ideas turn into player experiences and brands come to life. We’re the in-house creative studio for Bally’s Interactive UK/ES Marketing, shaping everything from campaign concepts to final execution. Whether it’s a product touchpoint or a headline moment, we make sure every detail feels intentional and alive.As a Middleweight Designer, you’ll be confident owning briefs end-to-end, contributing ideas that inspire others, and motivating the team through example. You’ll have the space to grow, the support to experiment, and the opportunity to develop into a future Senior role as your craft and leadership evolve.Your work will appear everywhere our players are above and below the line — on-site, in-app, in inboxes, across social feeds, and sometimes even in print. Every pixel matters, because you’ll be helping shape how millions of people experience our brands. Including a recent move towards growth in the European market and the opportunity of expanding into diversified markets and verticals.So, what will you be doing?Turning creative direction into smart, impactful ideas that connect sport, play, and design. You’ll bring energy, originality, and an eye for craft, exploring how emerging tech and AI can enhance, not replace, creativity. Taking ownership of briefs, balancing independence with collaboration. You’ll know when to explore, when to refine, and how to push an idea from good to great - showing initiative that inspires others. Understanding what makes each of our ventures unique, and design with that in mind. You’ll build on strong brand foundations while finding new ways to evolve and express them across every touchpoint. Seeing projects through from first idea to final delivery. You’ll work across channels and formats to make sure everything feels cohesive, crafted, and consistent. Designing with context in mind. You’ll consider where and how your work appears, ensuring every asset works harder and feels part of a connected player experience. Building strong relationships across teams, taking on feedback, evolve ideas, and balance commercial goals without losing creative spark. Owning your work, but support and motivate others. You’ll help nurture a positive, high-performing culture, mentoring where you can, sharing inspiration, and helping the team push forward together. And what will you need?Experience at a middleweight level within the creative industry (agency or in-house).Have a great grasp of colour theory, typography, and layout. Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
