Head of HR & Admin

This is a full-time on-site role to lead the local HR and Administration team for Midea Middle East and Africa located in Dubai. The Head of HR & Admin will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources strategies, practices and processes in the Business Unit. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Managing the recruitment and selection process to fulfilment the team and build up talent pool.

Overseeing and managing the performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintaining compensation plan and benefits program. Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues to nurture a positive and diverse working environment. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. Qualifications: 8+ years’ proven working experience in Human resources in FMCG/consumer goods industries. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics. Business & People oriented and Results driven. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in Middle East and Africa countries. Fluent in English. Mandarin are an added plus.
