Midweight Designer – PR Agency (Part-Time, 3 Days per Week)Location: London (WFH/Hybrid)Salary: £43K-£48K (pro rata) depending on experienceAre you a confident and creative designer who loves turning smart ideas into beautifully crafted visuals?We’re looking for a Midweight Designer to join a talented in-house creative team at a leading integrated communications agency. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) – perfect for someone looking to balance creative challenge with flexibility.About the AgencyThis award-winning agency delivers PR, digital marketing, content, social and design work for clients across sectors including financial, professional and corporate services. They’re known for creating campaigns that punch above their weight and for a collaborative, supportive culture where everyone’s ideas count.The RoleYou’ll work closely with the Design Director, Senior Designer and wider creative and client teams to bring ideas to life across a variety of platforms. One day you might be producing bold visual concepts for a brand campaign; the next you could be crafting data visualisations, animations or digital assets for social.You’ll have the confidence to contribute creative ideas, present work, and collaborate across teams – while keeping a sharp eye on detail and delivering high-quality design under tight deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate innovative, on-brand design solutions across print and digital.Collaborate with internal teams to bring campaigns and content to life.Develop high-quality creative assets: infographics, illustrations, web pages, reports, event materials, social assets and more.Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with brand and design standards.Support and mentor junior team members on projects.Manage your workload effectively to meet project deadlines.About You3–5 years’ design experience, ideally in an agency or similar creative environment.Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).Confident working across multiple formats – print, digital, and motion.Strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail across typography, layout and colour.Collaborative and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress or HubSpot) and tools like Ceros, Webflow or Shorthand would be a bonus.Why You’ll Love ItYou’ll join a down-to-earth, ambitious creative team that genuinely values collaboration, ideas and craft.
