As we grow, design will be central to how we communicate, connect, and inspire.About the RoleAs DITTO’s Graphic & Creative Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and creative expression of the brand across all touchpoints.You’ll design for digital, social, print, and experiential spaces - creating visuals that capture DITTO’s unique blend of science and storytelling. This role is perfect for a designer with 3-5 years of experience who’s eager to take ownership, experiment creatively, and grow with a brand that values bold, thoughtful design.Location: London officeSalary: £30,000 – £40,000Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Creative DirectionSupport the evolution of DITTO’s visual identity - refining colour, typography, imagery, and layout systems.Maintain brand consistency across all materials, ensuring every asset reflects DITTO’s tone and values.Help develop brand guidelines and templates for internal and external use.Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts that push the brand forward.Digital & Web DesignDesign engaging visuals for the website, landing pages, and digital campaigns.Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure strong design execution.Create assets for email campaigns, paid ads, and online content that feel fresh and on-brand.Social Media & Content CreationDevelop creative content for DITTO’s social channels.Translate brand messaging and scientific insights into visually compelling storytelling.Work closely with the marketing and content teams to plan and execute campaigns.Events, Print & PackagingDesign branded collateral for events, activations, and partnerships - from signage and merchandise to invitations and printed materials.Support packaging design projects and ensure consistent brand expression across all physical touchpoints.Explore creative ways to bring DITTO’s brand to life in real-world experiences.Collaboration & DeliveryWork cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams.Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery with strong attention to detail.Stay up to date with design trends, cultural movements, and innovations in digital storytelling.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in graphic or creative design (agency or in-house).A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling.Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; experience with motion design (After Effects) or 3D tools is a plus.Strong understanding of typography, colour, and layout.Curious, creative, and strategic - able to balance aesthetics with purpose.Strong communicator and collaborator who’s comfortable taking initiative.Passionate about design, wellness, and building brands that make a difference.Why You’ll Love Working at DITTOBe part of a purpose-driven brand changing the conversation around menstrual health.Dog-friendly office!Experience the pace, challenge, and buzz of building a fast-scaling brand from the inside.Opportunity to shape and grow the visual identity of a fast-evolving company.Work across a variety of mediums - digital, print, social, and experiential.Join a collaborative, creative team that values design as a core part of its strategy.Competitive salary, flexible working, and a supportive environment for growth.How to apply:Please send us:Your portfolio (highlighting branding, digital, and campaign work)Your CVA short note on why you’d love to design for DITTO and how you’d elevate our visual identitySend to: hello@dittodaily.com
