Your RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and customer focused Junior Supply Chain Associate to facilitate the day-to-day fulfillment activities of our European warehouses to a range of partners across the UK and Europe. Reporting to the UK and EU Supply Chain Manager, this role will be responsible for managing stock fulfilment and delivery activities across both the B2B and B2C sides of the business, and will work to deliver a fast and efficient customer experience.

We supply to a range of distribution partners, directly to retailers such as HMV, Miniso, Forbidden Planet, as well as numerous independent stores. We are open to applicants based outside of London, who are comfortable commuting to the office 1-2 times a week.

ResponsibilitiesOutbound flow of goods:

Manage bookings for deliveries with forwarders and customer warehousesLiaise with our 3PL warehouses to arrange fulfilment activities from order upload, pick and pack, labelling, palletisation and shipping to a range of individual customer requirementsWork with a range of carriers to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective routes are used for customer deliveriesEnsure that stock is available and dispatched to customers as quickly and efficiently as possible when orders are confirmed by Sales and Finance teamsResponsible for managing commercial invoices and export documentation for deliveries going cross-border into EU and other territoriesUtilise WMS and ERP software systems to ensure dispatches are accurately recorded and invoiced to customers in a timely mannerManage the delivery of samples and promotional stock to marketing partnersWarehouse and Stock Management:

Maintain product catalogue with 3PL warehouseEnsure stock accuracy is maintained using WMS and ERP systemsVerifying available inventory levels for the Sales teamRegular stock reviews to ensure stock turnover is maximisedTrack and monitor KPI reports to demonstrate warehouse compliance and on-time deliveriesRequirementsPrior experience in a Supply Chain or Operational role is requiredFamiliarity using WMS and ERP systems, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central being highly preferredExperience working in the export business into EU / international marketsPrevious experience working in companies exporting from the UK would be favourableFamiliarity with warehouse pick and pack and courier delivery processesProven customer focus, with the ability to adjust to a wide range of varying customer requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise between tasks effectivelyTo apply, please send an updated copy of your resume to people@mightyjaxx.
