What you'll do?Maintain and manage the logistics software systems used for tracking, inventory management, and transportation. Analyze current logistics processes and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure that logistics operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, including safety standards and environmental guidelines. Supervise and lead a team of product owners, providing training and mentorship as needed.
Address and resolve any issues related to logistics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead digital transformation logistic system development projects. Drive end to end implementation. What we're waiting for you?Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 8 year process optimization, system development, software product owner related roleMinimum of 3 years of experience in logistics system development management or a related role. Experience with logistics software systems is essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, leadership and team management abilities. Proficient in logistics software and technology.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
