Mill Manager (Manager Pabrik Kelapa Sawit)Placement : Papua, Nabire TengahRequirements:1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or other suitable engineering.2. Experiences 4-5 years as palm oil mill manager or Senior Mill Manager; experience managing more than one mill will be an added advantage3. Able to communicate in English language, both written & oral.Responsibilities:1. Ability to ensure all Safety, Environment and Health standards are in good control all over time.2. Managing all mill operation aspects of palm oil mill as per SOP.3. Planning and scheduling of Mill processing including maintenance of palm oil mill, bulking terminal and kernel crushing mill. 4. Ensure effective and efficient operation of the Mill by optimizing productivity and minimizing process losses.5. Maintain high product standard by consistent monitoring and making appropriate process improvements. Self-motivated with high interest in improvement initiatives to contribute to process losses controls and engineering cost saving initiatives.6. High degree of competency in boiler and turbine operation and maintenance. 7. Potential for higher level roles in the organization with capability to manage more than one mill operations including bulking terminal and kernel crushing mills. 8. Ability to analyze process control data and identify the areas to be upgraded and to assist in the development of new process techniques and procedures to maximize the production of CPO, PK and CPKO.9. Overseeing laboratory operations and logistics of product between mill and bulking terminal. Role is transferable between Goodhope sites and good performing.
