Our mission focuses on creating stable, scalable workforce solutions for employers and offering transparent, compliant pathways for trades talent to work and settle in developed countries.As a Millwright / Industrial Mechanic, you will be responsible for installing, dismantling,inspecting, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. Yourtechnical expertise will be key in interpreting instructions, sketches, drawings, templates,work orders, welding procedures, and data sheets related to assignments, whether inthe shop or in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and equipment failures.Complete assigned and scheduled work orders; perform preventive maintenance onall related equipment.Identify and source required parts for repairs and replacements.Dismantle, install, modify, and maintain industrial machinery as required.Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, diagrams, and schematics.Conduct testing and adjustments of existing and newly installed machinery to ensureoptimal performance.Use a range of hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, meters, andmaterial-handling equipment.Follow all maintenance and safety procedures to ensure compliance with workplaceand regulatory standards.QualificationsValid industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade CertificationExperience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment is required.Proven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment such ashydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems; mechanical drives; conveyorsystems; pumps; and overhead cranes.Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.Forklift and aerial lift certifications are an asset, but not mandatory.First Aid certification is an asset, but not mandatory.Education and CertificationGraduate certificate or vocational diploma in any technical or mechanical fieldLanguagesEnglish: Solid intermediate (required for workplace communication).French: NCLC level 5 or higher (required for LMIA exemption eligibility).
