What You'll DoBe responsible for UK social media communications, both internal and externalManage and grow our UK social media channels, creating engaging content and campaigns aligned with our brandWork with our global marketing team to localise and implement strategies tailored to the UK marketCollaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure consistent, high-impact messagingPlan, create, and analyse blog content, social posts, and digital campaigns and refine the strategy based on the resultsSupport and organise internal cultural initiatives and eventsTrack and manage the UK marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategiesEnsure all content meets accessibility and brand standardsPlan, coordinate and support company eventsRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in service industry communications, marketing, and/or social media rolesConfident communicator and skilled storyteller, both written and visualStrong copywriting, editing, and design skills - bonus if you have video editing experienceCreative mindset with strong organisational and project management abilitiesFamiliarity with social media trends, platforms, and best practices (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
