QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in HR related disciplines; Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, or related field preferred,With 15 years of work experience in Human Resources related functions and experience in a management role,Member of senior management team to devise and implement HR strategy, ensuring it supports the needs of the business and is flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization,Knowledge of employee relations and employment law (Experience in working with blue-collar or operation is highly valued),Excellent command of oral and written English, other languages are a plus,Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management,People-oriented and good internal customer-focused mindset,Able to influence and resolve controversial, high impact human resources issues,Willingness to take on what needs to be done, innovative problem-solver,Has strict confidentiality, integrity and a passion to succeed,Energetic, proactive and able to build effective collaboration with all levels of the organization,Provide generalist HR support in the areas of employee engagement, employee relations, learning & development, legal compliance, reporting, performance management, compensation & benefits and talent acquisition,Provide leadership, direction, coaching that enables leaders to make sound decisions and promote employee engagement and positive employee relations,Flexible to travel when required.
ResponsibilitiesDefines, recommends and implements employee communication strategies, plans, policies, and guidelines in accordance with the company’s business objectives, in order to sustain the company’s culture and values,Facilitate future-focused HR initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda of the business,Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR plan and participate in functional and cross functional initiatives,Improves HR effectiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities,Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes,Support the leadership in the business and the employees in making sure performance management is properly administered.
Provide guidance and coaching to employees and managers in the performance management process,Plan, manage and lead organizational change processes to improve effectiveness,Facilitates training on employee development, coaching, and other management and leadership topics,Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource policies,Promote effective communications and employee relations,Act as a team role model and change agent,Coordinate team efforts and manage a corporate HR strategy and team operating plan,Encourage the HR team to adopt a data-driven approach,Model and promote the Company’s Code of Business, Ethics and Values.
