This approach creates more meaningful connections with consumers, increases consumer trust in the brand, and delivers better outcomes for all stakeholders.Role Summary And ImpactAs the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be a key player in bringing our brand to life through captivating and innovative visual storytelling, responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating high-quality motion graphics for various platforms. This role is crucial for enhancing our brand's visual identity and driving audience engagement; your motion graphics will play a vital role in attracting new customers and effectively communicating our key messages, directly contributing to the success of our marketing campaigns and overall business objectives.Develop creative concepts and storyboards for graphics projects based on briefs and marketing objectives. Leverage on the variety of AI tools to expedite the creative process. Develop and execute design strategies tailored to each social media platform, maximizing the unique features and audience engagement opportunities of platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook.  Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and animation techniques. Work closely with the Art Director and the creative and social teams to refine and execute visual & content strategies, ensuring optimal alignment with market trends and consumer insights. Continuously evaluate and optimize graphics performance based on analytics and user feedback. Skills And ExperienceBachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related fields is preferred. Proven experience in graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively. Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and techniques is highly desirable. Knowledge in this area will be considered a significant bonus, as it is increasingly integral to innovative content creation and automation processes.  At WPP Media, we believe in the power of our culture and our people.
