Department Mining Position Mine Project Engineer LocationReko Diq Mine Site – BalochistanQualificationBachelor’s qualifications in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering. Experience1-3 years of experience in civil construction, mining, or bulk earthworks. RequirementsFamiliarity with CAD software. Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skillsResponsibilitiesDevelop and communicate short-term mine plans aligned with operational objectives and long-term strategies. Monitor mining activities to ensure compliance with daily plans and adjust designs as necessary to accommodate changing conditions. Track production performance and reconcile with planned outcomes to identify variances and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate the planning and execution of bulk earthworks activities (e. g.

, pre-stripping, waste dump and stockpile development, haul road construction). Support civil earthworks projects such as drainage, access roads, pads, and laydowns, ensuring compliance with design specifications and environmental requirements. Work with project and construction teams to integrate mining and civil construction schedules, particularly for infrastructure installations (e. g. , ROM pads, workshops, water management systems, and other site facilities). Coordinate interfaces between mining and civil contractors as required. Provide technical support to operations, contractors, and maintenance teams on mining and civil design issues. Generate reports on production performance, plan compliance, and civil works progress.

Support the preparation of daily and weekly reports, including shift handover documents and operational updates.
