It drives us to keep reinventing mobility and bring innovative ideas onto the roads.Are you ready to shape the future together?We are currently looking for a Third-Party, Contract Basis MINI Executive to be part of the MINI Malaysia team at BMW Group Malaysia.As part of the role, you will be providing support to the MINI Malaysia team in all areas including Marketing, Sales Operations and Product. The role will require the person to work closely with internal stakeholders & management. The role will also be responsible for providing administrative support and driving the day to day operations within MINI Malaysia.What awaits you?Responsibilities include:Support the department in marketing events and communications.Manage and drive social media engagement plan & creatives.Support the department on operational and administrative tasks.Assist in sales operations of the MINI business, including but not limited to systems management, planning & coordination.Ownership of PowerPoint presentation for management meetings & other important engagements.Compilation and preparation of data and reports for sales, marketing or product topics.Manage department fleet cars including planning and movement of cars.Manage dealer competition including score computation, liaison with dealers and trip planning.Ensures that demonstrator vehicles are properly utilized.Other Ad-Hoc support to the MINI business as & when required.What you should bring along?Relevant degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related areas.
