What The Role IsYou drive MINDEF/SAF's HR digital transformation (HRDT) by leading change management for Next Generation e-HR (NGEHR) implementation and spearheading digitalisation within HR Administration (HRA).
What You Will Be Working On Work with industry partners to develop change management implementation plans for the Next Generation e-HR (NGEHR) Assess the effectiveness of change outcomes and refine the plan to address any identified issues or resistance Drive behavioural changes across Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Interact with various HR stakeholders across all levels, and actively listen to and address the feedback from the SAF Change Network Assess and prioritise issues to recommend refinements to change activitiesChallenge(s) Steering transformation across diverse stakeholders Managing change resistance Balancing near-term needs with long-term goals Navigating dynamic environmentWhat We Are Looking For Education in Human Resource At least 6 years of work experience is preferred Good understanding, knowledge and interest in Human Resource and latest technology development in the government and commercial sectors Excellent critical thinking skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of e-HR systems is advantageous Must be self-driven and comfortable with ambiguityOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
