What You Will Be Working On Manage and report to higher management on the health status of high transactional volume service requests Monitor case resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores Engage relevant stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives Participate in business process reengineering and digitalisation projectsChallenge(s) Managing high volume of service requests efficiently Driving continuous improvement in HR administration processesWhat We Are Looking For At least 6 years of relevant work experience in HR, customer service or project management Senior stakeholder management experience in a service-related field is preferred Service-oriented mindset Keen interest in innovation and digitalisation Good interpersonal and communication skillsOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
