About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR coordinator to join our team to support our talent acquisition and talent management initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment OperationsOrchestrate end-to-end interview logistics, including candidate interview/chat scheduling, assessment coordination, and venue/room bookings.
Support the implementation of internship or other recruitment-related programmes/eventsMaintain recruitment data by updating tracking systems with accuracy and timelinessContribute to planning and support for outreach efforts to attract talentsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to streamline processesTalent ManagementServe as the first point of contact for inter-agency collaboration on talent management initiativesManage and update talent databases while ensuring data integrity, keeping track of talents who are due for postingCoordinate stakeholder meetings and provide comprehensive secretariat support in submission and collation of dataAssist in the execution of talent development programmesPropose engagement and related initiatives to increase engagement between talents and leadersGeneral AdministrationMaintain and update various HR databases and systems with high accuracy and timelinessProcess and file HR-related documents according to established proceduresSupport document preparation and compilation for meetings and presentationsCoordinate team logistics including meeting schedules, room bookings, and administrative suppliesHandle general enquiries and correspondence in a professional and timely mannerSupport the team in ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as requiredWhat we are looking for:
