The Commercial Programmes and Performance team sits within the Commercial Services group in Corporate Services. We act as the central hub for Commercial Services, managing Ministry-wide programmes such as travel, fleet, and contingent workforce, and ensuring our tools, templates, and outputs are cohesive and high-quality. We also lead internal and external reporting, ministerial correspondence, and contribute to All-of-Government advisory groups.
