About The PositionWe're looking for a Product Designer passionate about women's health, with experience translating user insights into functional, user-friendly designs. You'll conduct user research to deeply understand user needs and pain points, creating solutions that enhance the user journey while driving business objectives.

The ideal candidate is comfortable collaborating closely with Product Managers and Software Developers to ensure designs are effectively implemented. If want to challenge yourself at a high-growth startup and make a difference for women's health pleas join us!ResponsibilitiesOwn and Lead User Experience Design: Proactively analyze user insights, feedback, and data to deeply understand user needs and pain points. Redesign the app’s user experience and interface to deliver intuitive, effective, and technically feasible solutions that align with the brand, industry best practices, and business objectives without unnecessary complexity. Evolve the Design System:

Audit, refine, and expand the existing design system to ensure visual and functional consistency, scalability, and adaptability to future product iterations. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in a Scrum environment to define sprint goals, plan and review deliverables, and oversee releases. Translate business goals and product strategy into actionable, user-centered design processes, actively gathering and integrating feedback throughout. Drive User Research and Testing: Independently plan, organize, and lead user research and testing initiatives, including usability studies, A/B tests, and prototyping.

Clearly define test objectives aligned with user and business goals, and translate findings into actionable design improvements. Design Data Visualizations: Create clear, meaningful data visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate complex information in an accessible and user-friendly way. Regulatory Compliance: Establish and maintain design deliverables and documentation in a structure that complies with applicable regulatory and industry standards. RequirementsProven Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on product design experience for consumer mobile applications, with at least 2 years in a lead role. Strong portfolio demonstrating depth and breadth across projects, with clear examples of user-centered and business-aligned designs.

Health & Wellness ExpertiseDemonstrated experience designing user-facing medical or wellness products, with sensitivity to the specific needs of healthcare contexts - such as privacy, clarity, and emotional nuance. Deep User and Business InsightExceptional ability to understand and balance user needs and business objectives, translating them into designs that deliver value to both. Proactive in identifying opportunities that improve the user journey while advancing company goals. Creative and Pragmatic Problem-SolvingAbility to think creatively and strategically, bringing fresh, innovative ideas while respecting technical constraints and regulatory requirements. Skilled at simplifying complex problems into clear, actionable design solutions.

End-to-End User Journey MappingExpertise in mapping and improving holistic user journeys, including online and offline touchpoints. Able to identify pain points and design seamless, engaging experiences throughout. Strong understanding of software architecture and how it impacts design decisions. Accessibility ExpertiseThorough knowledge of accessibility principles and standards (e. g. , WCAG) with practical experience designing inclusive, accessible interfaces for diverse user groups, including those with disabilities.
