Job DescriptionTo complete our team in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to cover the following tasks:

Ensure the daily recording of transactions (general and analytical) for Luxembourg and its branchesContribute to the reconciliation of intra-group accounts, including with the sister bank in SwitzerlandTake charge of finance-related tasks such as the payment of invoices and expense claims, and the calculation of commissionsParticipate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closings (Lux GAAP, IFRS or applicable standards)Preparing calculations relating to external asset managers and business introducers (internal or external)Prepare various regulatory or tax declarations (VAT, CSSF, BCL declarations, etc.

) under supervisionParticipate in the automation of accounting processes (banking ERP, digital tools)Ensure the correct application of accounting procedures and current banking regulatory standardsWorking with internal and external auditors during audit assignmentsAssist with the consolidation of accounting data for the European branchesMonitor & update budgets and forecasts for Mirabaud Group entitiesQualificationsHigher education in accounting, finance or management;Initial experience in accounting, ideally in the banking or financial sector;Basic knowledge of Luxembourg accounting standards (LUX GAAP), familiarity with IFRS would be an asset;Excellent command of MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word. . .
