Job DescriptionAnalyze Mitra churn and retention trends by location to identify improvement areas.Design and execute Mitra engagement programs such as loyalty, rewards, and refreshment/treatment initiatives.Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and refresh Mitra training curriculum as needed.Carry out Pre-Test, Post-Test, and Trainer Satisfaction evaluations to measure training effectiveness.Review KPI and performance data to assess program impact.Maintain and update Pulse Check trackers to monitor engagement and satisfaction.Build and manage dashboards for churn, engagement, and satisfaction scores.Collaborate and communicate closely with Ground Operations and Process Excellence (PX) teams to align initiatives.Review existing engagement and training programs regularly to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.QualificationBachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; other fields are welcome if supported by relevant experience and strong analytical ability.3+ years of experience in employee engagement, workforce analytics, or learning & development roles.Solid understanding of TNA, curriculum management, and training evaluation (pre/post-test, trainer feedback).Strong data analysis and dashboard/reporting skills (Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar).Background working with blue-collar or warehouse workforce is highly preferred.Excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities.Willing to work on-site and mobile across hub and warehouse locations (Dry or Fresh/Frozen).Preferably experienced in Logistics, Ride-hailing, or Fulfillment industries.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect data insights to actionable engagement strategies.
