Support and implement digital workplace strategies that enhance productivity and improve the digital experience across Mitre 10Drive innovation using Microsoft 365 and modern technologies to deliver secure, scalable solutions, while working closely with stakeholders to ensure digital workspaces are seamless, intuitive, and aligned with business needs.
Assist with change management initiatives and contribute to training and enablement that simplifies complex tools for everyday peopleMonitor and report on performance metrics to ensure solutions are delivering real valueWork alongside the Cybersecurity team to deliver secure digital environments and ensure alignment with best practicesEngage with vendors and partners to support solution delivery and ensure alignment with business needsThis isn't just about technology. Proven experience deploying and managing Microsoft 365 and a range of SaaS applications across a variety of devices and platformsHands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune for secure management of Windows, iOS, macOS, and Android devices in a modern workplace environmentMicrosoft certifications in key areas such as SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure, and Power PlatformExperience delivering modern workplace transformations — migrating from legacy systems to Microsoft 365 tools like Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDriveStrong understanding of identity and access management using Entra ID across complex organisational structuresProficiency in PowerShell scripting and Automation A passion for enabling user adoption and driving change through intuitive solutions and clear communicationA mindset for continuous process improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise, and optimise digital workflowsThis role offers the opportunity to work on Auckland’s North Shore in a positive, fast paced environment that is stimulating and enjoyable to work in.
