Key responsibilities in this role:
Designing our customers perfect Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry or WardrobeMonitor customer interactions – ensuring designs, quote & after care services are provided to every customerContinuously improve our service offer and customer experience. Assists in processing orders, coordinating distribution and general customer inquires. Things you should know before applying: CAD design, Retail or customer service experience is a bonusWill need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work your feet for several hours at a time. Attention to detail is critical.
You'll need to be a process superstar who is goal driven, keeps meticulous records, data entry, filings, and follow safe work practices.
