Take ownership of these issues and work with colleagues and LSPs to resolve them promptly and effectively. Create routine KPI reports on delivery/return performance. Investigate specific incidents as required and recommend corrective or remedial actions. Identify continuous improvement areas, develop improvement ideas and follow them through to completion. Contribute to a positive, high quality service culture within the Logistics Department. Skills & Attributes: Team player with a very robust, cheerful and positive attitude. Resilient and robust: a fundamental part of the job is dealing with delivery problems and, by extension, disappointed customers.
